CHOMARAT North America is seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead commercial efforts across North America, with primary responsibility for our Rovicore product range and a supporting role in carbon fiber reinforcement sales. This position will focus on developing new business, strengthening existing customer relationships, and executing strategic growth initiatives across key markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth for the Rovicore product line across North America, owning revenue targets and market development efforts.
- Support the broader sales team in promoting and expanding carbon fiber reinforcement business within the region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging applications and untapped customer segments.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributor partners, and key industry stakeholders.
- Collaborate with technical, marketing, and product teams to align customer needs with product capabilities and innovation efforts.
- Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to inform sales strategies.
- Prepare forecasts, sales reports, and territory plans to support business objectives.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in technical sales, preferably in composites, advanced materials, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of reinforcement materials, with familiarity in carbon fiber applications considered an advantage.
- Demonstrated ability to grow accounts and develop new business in a regional or national territory.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage a broad territory effectively.
- Willingness to travel throughout North America as required.
