Chomarat, a global leader in composite materials, will introduce G-FLOW™ 980L to the North American market at IBEX 2024, held in Tampa, Florida, from October 1-3. G-FLOW™ 980L, a glass structural flow media, is designed to enhance resin flow in infusion and Resin Transfer Molding (RTM) processes. Unlike external disposable flow media, G-FLOW™ 980L offers structural properties while enhancing resin flow in thick laminates.

C-PLY™,   THE MANUFACTURING GAME CHANGER NON-CRIMP FABRICS (NCF)

At IBEX 2024, Chomarat will highlight C-PLY™, a range of Carbon Multiaxial Non-Crimp Fabrics (NCF). C-PLY™ products feature uni-directional or multi-directional stitched plies ranging from 1.5 oz to 18 oz per ply. With up to four unique ply angles in one NCF, Chomarat enables tailored laminate designs that achieve the highest strengths at the lowest weight and cost.

Additionally, will also showcase Rovicore®, its original and still leading closed mold reinforcement. Rovicore® consists of chopped fiberglass stitched to a nonwoven polypropylene core, serving as an ideal flow media. Suitable for all closed mold processes, Rovicore® remains the top choice for the marine industry.
